These Terms of Service govern your use of MedTracker, a private family medication management application accessible at meds.jessicabarlow.com. By accessing or using this application, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Access

MedTracker is a private application available only to authorized family members. Access is granted solely by the application owner. Sharing your credentials or attempting to grant access to unauthorized individuals is prohibited.

2. Not Medical Advice

MedTracker is a personal organizational tool only. Nothing in this application constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional regarding your medications. Do not rely on this application as a substitute for professional medical care.

3. SMS Reminder Messages

MedTracker sends automated SMS medication reminder messages to enrolled users. By enrolling your phone number in the application, you consent to receive these automated text messages.

• Message frequency varies based on your configured medication schedules. You may receive up to one message per scheduled dose per day.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• For help: Reply HELP or contact emorybarlow@gmail.com.
• No third-party sharing: Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS reminders are provided as a convenience feature. We do not guarantee delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of reminder messages. Technical issues, carrier delays, or changes to phone numbers may result in reminders not being received. You are solely responsible for taking your medications as prescribed.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all medication information, schedules, and logs you enter into the application. Incorrect entries may result in missed or incorrect reminders. Review your entries carefully.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MedTracker only for its intended purpose of tracking family medications. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its underlying systems
• Interfere with the operation of the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MedTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be available at all times, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Use the application at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use MedTracker, including but not limited to missed medications, health consequences, or data loss.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
